1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Zentific Youniversity through HOLISTIC MENTORING LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

HOLISTIC MENTORING LLC provides educational and mentoring services through the Zentific Youniversity platform, including but not limited to:

• Quantum Neuroscience and mind reprogramming guidance
• DNA and Stellar Memory activation programs
• Multidimensional Meditation instruction
• Applied Ancestral Wisdom teachings
• Manifestation with Science methodologies
• Soul Letter newsletter and communications
• Online courses, workshops, and educational content
• Personal mentoring and coaching services

3. Service Agreement and Scope

3.1 Service Delivery

Services will be delivered through various formats including but not limited to online platforms, email communications, video conferences, written materials, and digital content. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual program descriptions or separate service agreements.

3.2 Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as required
• Participate actively and responsibly in all programs
• Respect the intellectual property rights of the Company
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methods and materials
• Use services for personal development purposes only

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees and Payment

Payment terms will be specified for each service or program. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due in full upon enrollment or as specified in the service agreement. All fees are in US Dollars.

4.2 Refund Policy

Refund policies vary by program and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Generally, refunds may be available within the first 7 days of program commencement, subject to specific program terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, methods, and intellectual property provided through Zentific Youniversity services remain the exclusive property of HOLISTIC MENTORING LLC. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials solely for personal development purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the service relationship. This includes but is not limited to personal information, business methods, and educational content.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Educational Nature

All services provided are for educational and personal development purposes only. They are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

7.2 Results Disclaimer

While we strive to provide valuable guidance and education, individual results may vary. The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from participation in our programs.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

HOLISTIC MENTORING LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Our collection, use, and protection of personal data will be conducted in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the Client's access to services will cease, and any outstanding payments become immediately due.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Mexico.

11. Modifications

HOLISTIC MENTORING LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
