These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by HOLISTIC MENTORING LLC, operating under the brand name ZENTIFIC YOU ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Company provides the following professional consulting and mentoring services:
Comprehensive life strategy sessions designed to align personal and professional goals with core values, including personal vision development, goal setting, strategic planning, values alignment assessment, and life balance optimization.
Deep transformational mentoring for conscious leaders and seekers, combining ancient wisdom with modern psychology to facilitate personal evolution and spiritual growth through one-on-one sessions, consciousness expansion practices, shadow work integration, and spiritual development guidance.
Holistic business consulting integrating conscious leadership principles with strategic business development, including conscious business strategy development, leadership development programs, organizational culture transformation, and purpose-driven business model creation.
All services are provided pursuant to a separate Service Agreement that will be executed between the Company and the Client prior to commencement of services. The Service Agreement will specify the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, compensation, and other specific terms applicable to the engagement.
These Terms and Conditions are incorporated by reference into all Service Agreements and govern the general relationship between the parties unless specifically modified in writing in the Service Agreement.
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services; participate actively and honestly in all sessions and activities; complete any assignments or exercises as agreed upon; maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies and materials shared by the Company; provide timely feedback and communicate any concerns promptly; and make payment according to the agreed terms.
The services provided by the Company are professional consulting and mentoring services. The Company does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional advice for medical, mental health, legal, or financial matters.
The Company's services are designed to support personal and professional development but do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Success depends on various factors including the Client's commitment, participation, and external circumstances beyond the Company's control.
The Company maintains strict confidentiality regarding all Client information shared during the course of the engagement. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
Clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the Company's proprietary methodologies, processes, and materials shared during the engagement.
Payment terms will be specified in the individual Service Agreement. Generally, payment is due according to the schedule outlined in the Service Agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the Service Agreement.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement or required by applicable law.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be specified in the individual Service Agreement. Generally, reasonable notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees.
All materials, methodologies, and content created or provided by the Company remain the intellectual property of HOLISTIC MENTORING LLC. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for their personal development purposes.
Clients retain ownership of their personal information and insights developed during the engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claims arising from or related to the services provided shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from Client's use of the services or breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any applicable Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
